The Nonlinear Optics Laboratory at UESTC is actively seeking outstanding individuals at all career stages who are passionate about pushing the frontiers of photonics, quantum metrology, and AI-augmented scientific discovery.
We welcome applications for the following positions:
- Faculty Positions (Assistant/Associate/Full Professor): in integrated photonics, quantum optics, or precision measurement.
- Postdoctoral Researchers: with expertise in nonlinear optics, frequency combs, microwave photonics, or quantum-enhanced sensing.
- Ph.D. Students: funded through national scholarships or lab grants; background in physics, optics, or EE preferred.
- Master’s Students: for thesis projects on chip-scale photonic systems or AI-assisted optical design.
- Full-Time Engineers (via spin-off): for product development in high-precision test instrumentation (e.g., Phase Noise Analyzer, μcomb systems).
Our lab offers a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment, access to state-of-the-art nanofabrication and measurement facilities, and strong industry partnerships (e.g., Huawei, CETC, AVIC). We are committed to nurturing talent and translating fundamental research into real-world impact.
